is it levers or is it just warding ? Does all the rods even have to be pushed forward before inserting the decoder, or do they just need to not be blocked. Can you just poke the left side with something like a tension tool ? Just angled enough to allow the thing coming out on the side to not be blocked

Very unusual. Those 6 parts are almost like levers. If each allowed for different shapes you could increase the number of combinations required by adjusting the depth. Can you perhaps open it up further so we can see each of the levers?

Each can be pulled,pushed or left alone. There are no fixed number of pins in each position. The tag coming with it used the numbers 0,1,2 for each position

I've never seen such a complex piggy bank. With a 3 lever cabinet lock too! Note that there looks to be a coin stuck in the side of the insert slot. Can you explain how you worked out the key from the levers? Just trial and error?

The 5th one is a wood laminate. Same with the 6th one. Looks like he laminated the wood himself.

And I love XBmods picks too. I have two of them and one is my signature chili pepper 🌶️ pick. Such a great guy and pick maker. The stone type stuff is Corian. What a unique lock 🤔 Very interesting! Thanks for gutting it and sharing all the info on this. I guess flattening the core does not help keeping it secure, but widened the shear line quite a bit. I guess Bilock knows why they are using a sidebar mechanism 😅
